Thank you for choosing Wraps For Less for. Your satisfaction is important to us, so please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut or personalized vinyl wraps and PPF products are non-returnable. Only standard, uncut products qualify for returns.
  • Final Sale on Installed Products: Once vinyl wrap or PPF products have been installed, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns. (Example: Email Receipt)

2. Refunds

  • Process: After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Sale Items: Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your vinyl wrap or PPF arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Refunds: If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
